"Foodlab permet de réunir plusieurs style de cuisine aux mêmes endroit. Nous Sommes le restaurant les saveurs de Thailande présent dans les locaux foodlab. Nous avons une très bonne collaboration avec foodlab. Ce concept est globalement fascinant, car il est porté par des fondateurs ayant une expérience directe dans le domaine, ce qui transparaît clairement dans l'organisation de leurs locaux, caractérisée par une rigueur, des règles d'hygiène et une normalisation exemplaires. Ce principe permet de redorer l'image des cuisines en labo et permet aux gens de disposer de plusieurs style de cuisine au même endroit."

"Foodlab c'est un foodcourt qui réunit plusieurs restaurateurs au même endroit. Je suis l'un d'entre eux avec mon associé Vadim (NBK Naanerie) au fond du bâtiment dernière cuisine. Je ne vais donc pas faire un retour sur les repas qui y sont servis, si vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur notre enseigne, visitez notre page NBK Naanerie Grenoble. Pour émettre un avis sur la collaboration avec Foodlab, qui est donc notre bailleur, nous sommes satisfaits. Ce sont des fondateurs qui sont issus du métier et ça se sent dans l'aménagement de leurs locaux car c'est très carré et très normé. Ils permettent à des restaurateurs de lancer leur affaire sans avoir besoin d'une grosse mise de départ. C'est donc globalement un concept intéressant qui dynamise le quartier."
